The Power of Mind-Body Coaching

Christina Murphy

Mind-Body & Somatic Leadership Coach

What would it mean to thrive fully as a leader, for yourself, and for the people around you?

That question led me here.

I have 15 years of corporate communications, marketing, employer brand, and HR experience. I spent my career in high-stress, fast-paced environments, leaning in hard, delivering high-quality work, building from scratch, and doing everything I could to ensure everyone around me had what they needed to succeed. Sounds great, right? And it worked — at the expense of something even greater — the person doing the work. While striving to make everything around me run smoothly, I lost touch with the signals (the quiet ones and even the really loud ones) from within. Something felt off, and I needed to find out what.

That realization led me to become certified as a Mind-Body Coach, diving deep into somatics, combining my corporate experience and eight years of teaching yoga with embodiment practices. In my sessions, I help clients use more than just their thinking so they can reconnect with the signals their body registers first and has learned to override.

My goal is to help women stop choosing between their ambition and themselves. To become embodied leaders. To go after what they want and still be someone they recognize when they get there.
